We ship worldwide. We provide tracking numbers for all orders. Please allow us 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) to process your order.  

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays (American and International) will be shipped within two days of the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Giasci Emelry is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically and also include shipping details. If you do not receive a notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Giasci Emelry.
