How long will it take to ship my order?

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Orders placed past 9 am AST Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on location, region, quantity, and weight of the items. 

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays (American and International) will be shipped within two days of the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Giasci Emelry is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically and also include shipping details. If you do not receive a notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Giasci Emelry.

 

What is the return policy?

At Giasci, we are committed to offering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, in the event that you receive a defective product, we offer a specific return policy to ensure a proper resolution. Below, we detail the conditions and restrictions applicable to the return of our brand products:

Return conditions:

1. Manufacturing defects:
- Returns will only be accepted for products that have obvious manufacturing defects. Defects must be reported within [2 days] after receipt of the product.

2. Return process:
- You must contact our customer service to notify the defect and obtain instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in conditions similar to those received, without signs of misuse or additional damage.

3. Inspection and Confirmation:
- Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to confirm the reported defect.
- The replacement will only be processed if the defect is verified and meets our return conditions.

Return restrictions:

1. Used or altered products:
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered or damaged by the customer.

2. Late returns:
- Return requests will not be accepted outside the specified period, [2 days] after receipt of the product.

3. Shipping costs:
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless it is an error on the part of Giasci or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

4. Ineligible items:
- Returns will not be accepted for products that are not defective or that have been purchased on clearance or at a special discount.

- Only retail products are included under this line.
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for any retail products [other brands] sold through Giasci Emelry. GIASCI EMELRY products are exempt from this category and the return policy must be followed.


5. Proof of purchase:
- Valid proof of purchase (such as receipt or order number) will be required to process any return.
